We passed the first week of sugar detox. We are still alive 😉 and we feel pretty good. Still we have need for sweets but we don’t eat it. Nuts, coconut milk and carrots are our savers when crisis comes… We discovered that you can eat burgers without bread and place meat in tomatoes or mushrooms , you can also prepare salads in 1,000 ways, eggs in surprising editions and herbal teas are awesome. We didn’t do sugar detox to loose weight but it’s dropping down.
We feel good, but I still have mood swings and that’s the darker side of power .. Especially when everyone around eating coals … to sum up: it is surprisingly well and we look forward for another week 🙂
