Today some tested and selected rules which we use thinking on food. This is how we changed our style of eating. These are simple tips that within 4 weeks allowed us to lose (together) 5,7 kg:
- what to drink? Water, water and more than all the water (of course this is not sweetened), green tea (without additives), juices – only freshly squeezed
- avoid processed products – eat simple things: vegetables, meat, white cheese, millet, nuts etc.
- fresh fruit and vegetables – a lot of them keep within reach
- dried fruit – the can help you when you feel like eating something sweet. They are not recommended in the evening, because they have a lot of sugar. Also, note the ingredients! Most of the dried fruit have sugar inside! Search for those without. We recommend for example dried cherries from Cherry Tree
- if chocolate, nuttella is not the best choice. Take the bitter one, with good ingredients, so unfortunately the more expensive, the better.
- avoid bread and replace it with crispy or rice wafers
- try 0kcal noodles (exactly 6,4kcal in 100g) Such a miracle exists and is a source of fiber. It is produced from vegetable called Konjac
- evening mainly proteins – eg. Cottage cheese or protein nutrition
- and at the end: trust yourself. Your body and head will tell you when and what you can eliminate from your diet. It must be a good time for you. Doing something by force, under pressure leads to discouragement and return to the old tracks. Create an good solution for you.
