And here is another recipe for something sweet in fit version. You can do coconut ball two ways, with white cheese and mozzarella.
For 20 pieces we need 400 grams of light white cheese, 20 almonds, honey and coconut shreds.
Form a ball form cheese and put almond in each one and crumb it in honey and then in coconut shreds. Ball number one is ready, now repeat it 19 times ;-). Put all balls into fridge and it will be ready within 30 minutes 🙂
If you want to do Rafaello with mozzarella cheese it’s a little bit easier because balls are ready (you will find 10 pieces in a pack), rest is the same as above.
One ball has 40 calories, 3 g of protein, 1,2 g fat and 3,3 g of carbs (our Rafaello were twice as big a the original ones)
