If you are looking for a delicious dessert here it is: PUMPKIN-CHOCOLATE TART is in the house 😉
See how easy it is 🙂
Ingredients for the base:
– Glass of ground nuts (we chose cashews)
– Glass of coconut shreds,
– Half a glass of ground sunflower (you can grind yourself)
– Two bananas,
– Two tablespoons of xylitol,
– Spoon of cocoa for color.
Ingredients for a chocolate-pumpkin mousse:
– Two glasses of Hokkaido pumpkin mousse,
– 4 tablespoons of coconut oil,
– 40 g unsweetened cocoa,
– 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon,
– Coconut milk,
– 2 tablespoons of xylitol,
-Fruit for garnish.
How to do it:
Mix all the ingridients for the bottom until you will get clay mass. Cover the bottom of the tart with it, start from the edges, it shouldn’t be thicker than 4 mm. Put it into the fridge and start preparing the top 🙂
If you do not have pumpkin mousse is very easy to prepare it. We choose Hokkaido pumpkin because you don’t have to peel it and it’s quick to prepare it. Cut the pumpkin and remove seeds. Put it on baking tray and leave for 20 minutes in the oven (in 150 degrees tempreature) . When it will be soft it’s ready. Give it time to cool down and then blend it and it’s ready :-).
Put the pot on small fire, add coconut oil, cocoa and cinnamon, mix well, add coconut milk, xylitol and pumpkin mousse. Combine everything into a single mass.
Cool it and and pour onto bottom prepared earlier.
Garnish with fruit and put in the freezer. It will beready within 30 minutes.
Bon Appetit !!!
