We love ice creams and we could eat it all the time, especially during summer 🙂 Today we will show you how to prepare strawberry ice cream.
For six portions (200 ml each) we need 800 g of strawberries, 400 ml kefir, two honey spoons and some mint. We blend strawberries with kefir and honey and cut mint into small pieces. Now you need six plastic cups, put some mint into each one of them and pour strawberries with kefir.Cover the cups with food foil and put it into the freezer. Ice creams will be ready within three hours!
You can experiment and add yogurt, chocolate, bananas, kiwi or mix strawberries only with honey.
One ice-cream has 90 calories (1.4 g fat, 18.5 g carbs and 3 g of protein).
